About Barbara:Barbara joined the company in 1976 as a Sales Associate. Her interest in teaching led to the training and management side of the company. Barbara was the first woman on the management team; serving for 10 years as the Director of Training. She taught Principles of Real Estate and License preparation classes for many years at PVCC and for the National Institute of Real Estate. Later assignments included managing the Lovingston Branch and the Orange Branch before returning to Charlottesville as the Sales Manager. She currently serves as the Supervising Broker for the Charlottesville Ofice and as the Dean of the Montague, Miller Real Estate Academy. Barbara is a graduate of Albemarle High School and Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. She is active with her church, and has serves on the Board of The Free Union Country School. During a sabbatical, Barbara directed a summer camp for children ages 8-15. She is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys white water canoeing, hiking, and camping. In a less adventurous mode she enjoys playing golf. Barbara lives in Free Union with her husband and son. Buying a home?
